This picture represents a young boy that was burned to death
by the first bomb nicknamed "little boy". The boy on this picture 700
meters from the hypocenter. This boy's
body movement shows agony and pain.
The picture on the left is a little boy crying and looking
scared. In the background you can see the shattered walls, that show how people
in instant lost their homes and all of their belongings. The little boy probably
lost his family and home through which he shows his sadness in the picture.

To the right is a picture of people that had survived the atomic bomb but had been badly injured, because they were close to the atomic bomb that was dropped in Hiroshima. These people were sheltered at the Hiroshima second military hospital's tent relief center.

Not only did people die or were injured but the Japanese
mothers lost their new born babies do to the radiation effects of the atomic
bomb. Even though some new born babies did survive they were terribly disfigured.
On the left you can see a picture of disfigured, Japanese babies that have
died.
To the bottom right is a picture a Japanese person that was
killed by the atomic bomb and all that was left of his/her was a skeleton. The
flesh was burned off the bones do to the heat that the atomic bomb realist .
The picture above on the left shows a man that survived through the atomic bomb but was injured. This man’s hands and half of his back was burned and so was a part of the back of his head. Many people that were badly injured died do to the pain and radiation. Other people that did not die had to go through hours of pain.

This video is about the after effects of the atomic bomb on the Japanese. It shows the horrifying
suffering that these Japanese people had to go through.
This video is about the Japanese victims that survived the war and
explain what they saw and what they had to gone through. One of the people that
talk in this video is older lady who explains how her sister was killed because
of the atomic bomb. As you listen to the older lady you can see how much pain it
is for her to talk about what had happened and for all the others.
This video tells what
happened to the bodies when the atomic bomb hit. As well as it tells what you
felt when they heat was released.

In this video a Japanese man explains what happened to his family when
the bombing occurred. He tells how his mom developed cancer do to the
radiation. He also talked about how his father was a teacher and he looked for
all his students his whole life.
